The Ongo Group
Living Everyday Nonviolence
This next Ongo Group is a weekly ONLINE group that blends mindfulness and NVC practices in a 12 week session. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of NVC experience or knowledge. Although occasionally absences may occur, members are asked to commit to the full 12 weeks to create consistency within the group. If you think you would miss more than 2 meetings, this may not be the time to commit to Ongo.
The practice is called Ongo as it becomes an ongoing practice in Nonviolent Communication and Mindfulness. Many of our members have been in multiple sessions to deepen their practice!

Donations are requested each week to support the holder of the group, Carlene Lizana-Maginnis. Please see the Donate button below!
Everyone will need a book prior to beginning Ongo. To prepare for the group please have read the first 15 pages.
Books may be ordered through Amazon or purchased at local book stores. Receiving books are sometimes delayed so better to purchase sooner rather than later.
